Bloom
A bright spring day, nearly cut short by a sudden thunderstorm. The clouds were rolling in quickly as I was on my way to this location. Which had me excited for some diffused light. However, as soon as I got there the Sun was hidden behind a dense curtain of grey. And then the sky opened up.
I sat in the car for several minutes, debating calling it a wash and heading home. Luckily, I stayed, and waited for the clouds to open. I was met with this perfect scenario of rain drops and bright, golden light washing over a garden of blooming roses.
